Please note that this season, all Dodger games and events will be digitally ticketed with access exclusively through the MLB Ballpark Application. To access your Dodger tickets to scan into Dodger Stadium, you must first download the free MLB Ballpark Application, available for all smartphones in their respective application download platforms.

How to Exchange tickets in your Membership

Before completing an exchange, please read the following policies in full:
Policies
  • Season Ticket Membership must be paid in full and may not have a balance due in order to exchange tickets under this program.
  • Tickets from the original season Membership are eligible to be exchanged. Single game, or other ticket purchases, including tickets purchased from resale marketplaces and previously exchanged tickets, may not be submitted for exchange.
  • Eligible dates, including the list of dates for which you are eligible to receive exchanged tickets, and all guidelines are subject to change.
  • Only games listed as an available event are eligible to be exchanged into. Games not included are considered 'Blackout' games.
  • Exchange requests and ticket locations for exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Games must be exchanged out of at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the game.
  • You may exchange into an eligible game up until 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the game.
  • You may only exchange one game per transaction when you process your exchange. Parking for a game can also be exchanged but must also be done on a separate transaction.
  • Tickets may only be exchanged at a one-to-one ratio, e.g., four tickets may not be exchanged for three or less tickets.
  • There is a maximum of eight (8) tickets to a single game including any tickets you may already have for that game.
  • Exchanges are not available over the phone, by mail, in person or by e-mail.
Exchange Program Transactions
  • If tickets are exchanged for tickets of a higher ticket price, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference at the plan holder price at the time of exchange.
  • If tickets are exchanged for tickets of a lesser ticket price, the customer will not be refunded the difference and a credit will not be added to the account.
  • If tickets are exchanged for tickets with the same ticket price, there will be no charge.
  • All ticket exchanges are final and cannot be reversed or adjusted.

How to forward tickets from the MLB Ballpark application

To access your ticket on your smartphone, download the MLB Ballpark App from your phone’s app download platform.

If you would like to access your tickets online via My Dodgers Tickets, please go to https://www.mlb.com/dodgers/tickets/my-tickets and click 'Go to My Dodgers Tickets'

You will be redirected to the login screen. Once there, input your existing MLB Account Information. If you do not have an existing account, select 'Sign Up'. If you have an account but cannot remember you password, select 'Forgot Password?' And follow the steps as directed.

Once you are logged in, you will be able to do a number of things, including: forwarding your tickets, renewing your membership, or viewing any special offers.

How To Recall Tickets

How To Forward Tickets

With digital ticketing, forwarding tickets is easier than ever! To do so via our online platform, My Dodgers Tickets, select the 'Forward' tab on the left side of the page.

You will see all the games that you have tickets to. Simply select the game which tickets you would like to forward.

Select the tickets you would like to forward and click 'Choose Friend' at the bottom of the page.

From here, you can either select an existing friend or opt to add another by clicking 'Add Friend' at the bottom of the page. By clicking 'Forward Tickets', the recipient will automatically receive them via email.

Once the transaction is complete, you will receive the 'Success' message on your screen.

How To Recall Tickets

If, for any reason, you wish to recall tickets previously forwarded via the My Dodgers Tickets webpage, login to your account and click 'View All Ticket Inventory' on the right side of the home screen. Please note that if tickets were forwarded via the MLB Ballpark app, they must be recalled via the MLB Ballpark app.

Choose the game which you would like to recall tickets for. You will be able to see which tickets you have previously forwarded. By clicking 'Recall' at the bottom of the page, you can select which tickets to recall.

Once you have selected the tickets, confirm by clicking 'Continue' and then 'Recall Tickets'. This action will return the tickets to your account and you will be able to scan in from your personal device on the MLB Ballpark Application at Dodger Stadium or forward to another party.

You will receive this 'Success' message when the transaction is complete.

Go to www.Dodgers.com/mytickets and login using your MLB associated email and password.

To exchange your tickets, click the exchange tab on the left side of the screen. This will take you to your inventory that is eligible for exchange.

Select the game and tickets from which you would like to exchange. Press "continue" to confirm. Only tickets from the same event, order and/or package can be combined in one transaction. All selected tickets must be exchanged for the same event at a one-to-one ratio. You may only exchange one game per transaction at a time.

Select "Find Eligible Events" at the bottom of the page and select the game you would like to exchange into from the list of eligible games.

Use the interactive seat map to select the section and tickets for your new game. Once seats are selected, select "Continue".
  • If you select an upgraded ticket cost or add on additional tickets, you are responsible for any difference in cost
  • If tickets are exchanged for tickets of a lesser ticket price, you will not be refunded the difference and a credit will not be added to the account
  • If tickets are exchanged for tickets with the same ticket price, there will be no charge
  • Exchange Transactions are not reversible
  • Tickets must be exchanged at least at a one-to-one ratio. For example, if you have four tickets, you must exchange into at least four other tickets.
  • Up to six additional tickets can be exchanged into a single game.

Confirm your exchange selection, select your payment method if applicable, and select "Place Order" at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation email to your MLB associated email and will see the updated inventory in your My Dodgers Tickets account.

You will also receive a follow up confirmation email from customerservice@ladodgers.com summarizing your exchange transaction.

Login to your My Dodgers Ticket Account using your MLB username and password associated with your Membership.

From the menu on the left-hand side, select 'SELL'. You will then see a list of all your games. Please note that this list is filtered by month.

Select the game date you would like to resell.

Select the seat numbers and/or parking passes that you would like to resell. Once your tickets are selected and visible in the 'Selected Tickets' box, select 'Continue' to be redirected to SeatGeek and continue to post your tickets for resell.

Once you are redirected to SeatGeek, enter your SeatGeek email address or password if you already have a SeatGeek account. If you are new to SeatGeek, select 'Sign up here'.

Once logged in, you will be directed to your SeatGeek 'My Tickets' page. Select the game date you would like to post for resell.

Select the 'Sell' button next to the tickets you would like to post for resell. Please note that you will have to post your tickets and parking in separate listings.

Fill out the applicable information on the Sell Tickets popup including, quantity of tickets to sell, seat numbers, payout information and price. While completing the payout information you will have to provide your banking information for a direct deposit payout. Original ticket price is not required.

Once you are satisfied with your listing, select the 'List Tickets' button. Your tickets are now post for resell.
How to forward tickets from your My Dodgers Ticket Account

To forward tickets online on your My Dodgers Ticket Account, log into the online platform and click on the My Ticket inventory button at the top of the page. This should take you to the page with your tickets currently on your account.

From there, click on the drop down menu labeled Ticket Action and select the Forward Tickets option. Select the tickets you wish to forward, choose a friend from your friends list or add a new friend to forward the tickets to, and press continue.

This will take you to a confirmation page. Check to make sure the information is correct and press the Forward Tickets button.

If you wish to recall tickets you have previously forwarded, click on the My History button on the top of the page. From here, you are able to see the history of your ticket account, including tickets you have forwarded. Find the game for which you wish to recall your tickets, click on the forward ID number, select which tickets you want to recall, and press the Recall Tickets button. The tickets will then be returned to your account for you to use them as you normally would to enjoy the game.
