How to Exchange tickets in your Membership

Before completing an exchange, please read the following policies in full:

Policies

Season Ticket Membership must be paid in full and may not have a balance due in order to exchange tickets under this program.
Tickets from the original season Membership are eligible to be exchanged. Single game, or other ticket purchases, including tickets purchased from resale marketplaces and previously exchanged tickets, may not be submitted for exchange.
Eligible dates, including the list of dates for which you are eligible to receive exchanged tickets, and all guidelines are subject to change.
Only games listed as an available event are eligible to be exchanged into. Games not included are considered 'Blackout' games.
Exchange requests and ticket locations for exchanges are subject to availability.
Games must be exchanged out of at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the game.
You may exchange into an eligible game up until 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the game.
You may only exchange one game per transaction when you process your exchange. Parking for a game can also be exchanged but must also be done on a separate transaction.
Tickets may only be exchanged at an equal or greater ticket quantity, e.g. four tickets can be exchanged for four or more tickets.
Exchanges are not available over the phone, by mail, in person or by e-mail.

Exchange Program Transactions

If tickets are exchanged for tickets of a higher ticket price, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference at the plan holder price at the time of exchange.
If tickets are exchanged for tickets of a lesser ticket price, the customer will not be refunded the difference and a credit will not be added to the account.
If tickets are exchanged for tickets with the same ticket price, there will be no charge.
All ticket exchanges are final and cannot be reversed or adjusted.

How to forward tickets from the MLB Ballpark application

To access your ticket on your smartphone, download the MLB Ballpark App from your phone's app download platform.

New for the 2025 Season, most Special Event Ticket Pack items can be purchased as an add-on through your My Dodgers Ticket Account. This offers you the chance to add-on the special event item to tickets you may already have for a game. Special Event Ticket Pack item vouchers are available while supplies last. Purchased items must be picked up on the day of the Special Event Ticket Pack night.

Once purchased, you will receive an item voucher in your ticket inventory. This voucher is not a game ticket and will expire at the end of the 5th inning. These vouchers cannot be transferred or resold and screenshots are prohibited. Any unclaimed vouchers will be forfeited, and refunds will not be provided.
